Hopefully that was some soft ground and plant matter she crashed into. Looks like tunnels, so if she's still awake then we might see the chase move from the rooftops to the sewers. Whatever the case I have a feeling she'll be making her way to the upper city area with all the "tainted" and we might learn some more about this whole debacle.
